Agustin Lara is an excellent example of persistence. Agustin was at one time unemployed and needed to get his High School Equivalency Certificate in order to find work.
Math was a hard subject for Agustin. But through hard work and perseverence he was successful at passing his Math course after a few attempts. He never gave up, and his positive demeanor paid off.
Shortly after he graduated, Agustin found work at a local employer that needed a truck driver. Agustin applied and based on his qualifications, was hired.
