US Citizenship Preparation
In our Citizenship class, you will build the skills needed to successfully pass the U.S. citizenship interview in English. Instruction focuses on all components of the process, including completing the application and developing language proficiency.
Students will:
- Practice reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English

Prepare for the civics and interview portions of the citizenship exam
- Complete a practice N-400 application
Important:
Please do not submit your N-400 application until you are fully prepared to pass the interview. Your teacher will help guide you on the appropriate timing.
Registration Information
Registration is ongoing. Students may join a class at any time during the school year
To enroll in the program, complete our INTEREST SIGN UP FORM to choose an orientation date.

At orientation students will:
- Complete an English Reading Assessment
Classes begin the 3rd week of August.

Cost & Requirements

No cost to students (classes are funded by WIOA Title II Federal government grant)

Students are required to complete CASAS English Reading pre- and post-tests to measure progress and outcomes
