CNAS Payment and Refund Policy
Payment for program fees is due within the first week of class. Students who do not pay in full or establish an approved payment plan by this deadline will not be permitted to take certification exams or receive a certificate of completion.
Some programs offer an approved payment plan that requires a non-refundable deposit at the time of enrollment. Deposits may be paid by cash or check only.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, checks, and money orders, and credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard only). Credit/debit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 2.99% + $0.30 per transaction.Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee payable in cash.
Program fees are non-refundable, and non-attendance does not qualify for a refund. If a class is cancelled by CNAS, a full refund will be issued automatically. Limited exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen circumstances with Director approval. Approved refunds may be subject to an administrative processing fee of up to 5% and may take up to two weeks to process once all required documentation has been submitted and approved.
Program fees do not roll over to future sessions. Students with outstanding balances must bring their accounts current before enrolling in future classes.
